The fourteenth edition of the Artichoke Festival is a tribute to the fruit Earth Preturo, a small village of Montoro Inferiore.
Once again, it reveals an important moment for the promotion of local culture, was put into motion the entire population of the village for a feast montorese felt by the entire community.
Another objective is the enhancement of the places, cultures and flavors: to achieve results, even in this context, we need strong dedication and passion for every aspect of traditional, research, elaborate and propose.
first in the kitchen, tables then is a triumph of artichokes, served raw in a sought CARPACCIO that become sauce for lasagna, risotto, Pennetta, essential components of an extraordinary or PARMESAN MEATBALLS BARBECUED MAMMOLO and inevitable.
